“Company in transition”
Current Employee – been working at BJ Services
Pros – Normal working hours for the most part. Good health benefits, decent 401(k) matching.
Cons – Management style is dictatorial, based on tearing employees down.
Advice to Senior Management – You get catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. Build employees up, offer cost of living wage increases, pay bonuses to employees other than top management.
