I have been working at BJ's Wholesale Club part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The workers generally are intelligent and its a simple job. The regular customers are actually quite nice.

    Cons

Getting advancements in your pay is near impossible. The company attempts to extort as much work out of you as possible for the lowest possible pay grade. At many times you will feel taken advantage of and question why they wont hire more people.
