No place for creativity

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) San Jose, CA

ProsGreat job security as long as you keep your head down and do your work and wait for bonus to get paid without expecting any job advancement.

ConsNo place to advance one's career.

Advice to Senior ManagementRather than holding employees retained with attractive bonus plan pay them competitive salaries and let them work hard for it.

Pros: Competitive pay & benefits Tech company "perks" to stay competitive with… Cons: Horrible turnover and no inclination to really fix it and do it right No training No accountability of management or employees Mgrs can't manage their budgets, I wonder… Advice to Senior Management: Stop signing up for every little initiative because you have really overextended yourselves and your employees. Focus on the core things that are going… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
