Love the culture, people help you achieve your goals, beautiful campus.

With BMC going private, we're in a time of adjustment. Fist fiscal quarter was wasted.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

In investing, the higher your risk the higher the rewards. The same principle should apply to your sales people. If you make it significantly harder to achieve a higher quota, the commissions should increase and not decrease.

    - growth through acquisition and cost cutting
    - no top line revenue growth from innovation

    Great Training, Mostly Great People (although many are leaving), Many Products

    Cons

    Poor Strategy Execution and lack of Focus, Looking to Reduce Cost as much as possible, limited opportunity, major change in culture, lacking a true identity, technology is outdated

    Provide individuals real opportunity, not just those that appear this way on the surface, there is a difference between motivation and manipulation
