- Good employee benefits
- Compensation the best in the industry.
- Lot of facilities provided to the employees.
Cons
- They have one of the worst Management strategy for employees.
- Hire and fire policy, no job security even if you are the top performer.
- No carrier growth
- Lot of politics in the company management/HR.
- Work culture is like the ones in small companies.
Advice to Senior Management
If the current trend of management and the culture continues , soon most of the good talent would be lost to the competitors.Its necessary to practice what you preech,( the companies DNA)
