BMC Software – “A great place to work if you want to succeed!”

Pros

When you look at the senior management, many of them have been around BMC for quite some time and have worked their way up from the bottom. This means that they know what the rest of us are facing on a day-to-day basis and are better able to work with us - this is NOT a place with an "us and them" culture!

Cons

The basic pay is not as generous as other companies, although it's not bad.

Advice to Senior Management

You need to keep doing what you're doing, but find a way to turn things round more quickly. Also, don't lose your passion!
