    I worked at BMO Financial Group as an intern

    Pros

    Very good internship program where we were given a lot of opportunities to talk to professionals from all the different LOB's.

    Cons

    Doesn't pay as well as other banks as well as I found it hard to come back to the company after I finished my internship.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work on employee compensation for less turnover.
