I worked at BMO Financial Group as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

BMO has the name, having BMO listed in your resume isn't a bad thing, and the entry level job tasks are quite easy. My coworkers were mostly women with kids so they tend to be nice.

    Cons

The tasks are endless, you have to work like a robot. Everything is so repetitive and you have to stare at the computer screen all day long. In the long run the job is very tiring and boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe hire more people or update BMO's information system to let workers complete the tasks more effectively and have an easier time.
