Overall it is top 50 employer in Canada. If yuo are looking for entry level position, it is not bad place to start.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior managers need to walk out their office to do more observation regarding daily opration in the branch level and keep their communication channel open to their employees. Such as returning email and phone calls from their current and previous employees.
