I have been working at BMO Financial Group

Pros – Lots of opportunities for movement across country, decent hiring practices but needs work on better work on hiring right people for the right position

Cons – Too formal, needs more real-life training as computer and paper-based is too lengthy and not sufficient. Needs to play catch up all the time with technology

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on listening to your staff and soliciting greater advice from the front line employees. Need to lose 3rd party HR..
