BMW Manufacturing Corporation Launch Product Planning in Greenville, SC:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Very good pay and benefits. The overall compensation package is one of the best in South Carolina and well within the industry standards

Cons

Too many politics between departments that slow down day to day business

Advice to Senior Management

Stand up to Germany. Start making and implementing decisions without second guessing!
