    Well-established name that other employers recognise. Good workflow and information flow. Newsletters are sent regularly; transparent over the things happening in the company.

    Cons

    Staff politics: unhelpful staff, unwilling to dedicate more responsibilities to younger staff.

    Team building activities should not be neglected.
