Current Employee – been working at BNP Paribas full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – - Good work-life balance
- Experienced managers, available to share their knowledge
Cons – - Too much compensation gap between Business lines and Functions
- Absence of HR after initial hiring process
Advice to Senior Management – Decrease distance between Business lines and Functions, between different Business lines, and between different Functions
