Free lunch, great health benefits, casual workplace
Cons
Disorganized, low pay, cheap, do not encourage continuing education (licenses), slow to change any processes
Advice to Senior Management
Pay people more, encourage continuing education.. unless you like having a bunch of broke, ignorant employees
