“Dont plan on seeing your family!!!!!”
Current Employee – been working at BNSF Railway full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very good salary. 50K to 150K for hourly employee
Cons – Missed time with kids:( My dog even misses me
Advice to Senior Management – Make family time more important.
