Pros – Great learning opportunity for entry level employees. BNY is a great company to work for because everyone is friendly and willing to provide assistance.
Cons – Corporate culture is not geared for younger professionals. This makes it harder for college grads to feel comfortable at a new job but provides valuable learning opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management – Create better network opportunities for employees.
