Good starting job out of college, but you should look to move on before you waste too much time there.

Former Employee - Operations Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA

Pros

Relaxed working environment
Not a mentally tough job
Get some 'big corporation' experience that looks more valuable on a resume that it is

Cons

Pay is pretty low
Promotions are fake. ie same job, new title, measly 3% raise
Don't expect to transfer departments if you do your job well

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't offer fake promotions to lock in an employee for an extra year. They'll go elsewhere

Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO
