    Pros

    laid back environment. business casual.

    Cons

can't get rid of bad employees, which causes good employees to leave. upper management has no idea. layoffs based on salary, not performance. Client service is spoken of often, but not put into practice. all about how much money a client can be billed for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to the management in delaware. remember you couldn't ever take clients from pfpc

I have been working at BNY Mellon

    Pros

The company provides a relatively good benefit package that includes tuition assistance.

    Cons

Supervisors are hired by tenure, not performance. Company does not provide programs to retain employees that take advantage of tuition assistance program.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to focus on younger, more talented employees as opposed to limited but tenured employees. The company should also encourage individuals to move around the company.
