Senior PM (Former Employee)
New York, NY

I worked at BNY Mellon full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThere is a new CEO!

ConsThe former CEO was very shortsighted. over 1,000 jobs were committed to move to Pittsburgh when BNY merged with Mellon in 2007. Unfortunately, the expertise left with the employees who were laid off. It's hard to work with the Sword of Damocles hanging over your head!

Advice to Senior ManagementFollow the values that you claim: put customers and your staff first, that's how you create loyalty..

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
