    Approves of CEO

I worked at BNY Mellon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    There is a new CEO!

    Cons

The former CEO was very shortsighted. over 1,000 jobs were committed to move to Pittsburgh when BNY merged with Mellon in 2007. Unfortunately, the expertise left with the employees who were laid off. It's hard to work with the Sword of Damocles hanging over your head!

    Advice to Management

Follow the values that you claim: put customers and your staff first, that's how you create loyalty..
