Pros

vacation and health are great plus hours aren't that bad. easy to get to from highway. HR is great at handling any problem you have with time off.

Cons

most people do not speak english. very low pay almost min. wage which for what you have to put up with is not worth it. manager treat employees like cattle.

I have been working at BNY Mellon

    Pros

The company provides a relatively good benefit package that includes tuition assistance.

    Cons

Supervisors are hired by tenure, not performance. Company does not provide programs to retain employees that take advantage of tuition assistance program.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to focus on younger, more talented employees as opposed to limited but tenured employees. The company should also encourage individuals to move around the company.
