Bumbling slow incompetent and every man for himself

ProsIf you are lazy, low on motivation love 9:45am to 4:45pm job with 1 hour lunch break and don't like salary hikes and bonuses and promotions on merit and hard work this is the perfect place for you

ConsIf you don't like politics, brown nosing the so called movers and shakers of your department and also learn the art of covering your behind this may not be the right place for you

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the excellent work of demotivating and driving away able employees and more importantly continue covering your behinds
