Pros

The company has very good benefits.

Cons

It sucks that they are outsourcing a lot of positions within the company.

    Pros

It's a job. Some of the people are nice.

    Cons

In the most literal sense, you are a number. The company is wildly inefficient. The pay is a joke. There is no room for growth. They barely even give raises (1.5% every April, if they feel you've been "excellent"). You must stay at your desk at all times.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of this entire division by automating the computer software.

    Pros

Friendly people, you feel like a part of a global company- if that is something you are looking for.
Its easy to make connections with different departments and that gives you possibility to move to a different group. Its a global company, so in theory its possible to move to Europe or Asia.

    Cons

You will not learn much, unless you are lucky enough to have a motivated supervisor.
Promotions are rare, you will not be rewarded if you work harder than everybody in your group.

    Advice to Management

Cross train people! Develop a sensible training program.
