I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (more than a year)

Pros

The hours are very flexible, there is little/no take-home work or projects, always on a team, lots of opportunities to change teams and be exposed to multiple roles, great location downtown Tacoma, lots of autonomy

Cons

Salary much lower than counterparts in Seattle, very little opportunity for upward promotion, little opportunity for transfer to another BNYM location, very little or no bonuses.
