I worked at BNY Mellon as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Incredibly nice people and good company culture. The way interns are treated depends mostly on what team they are put on, but it seems that HR monitors the program quite well.

    Cons

Appeared to be limited opportunities for learning because the work was very redundant. The culture was not as competitive as I was expecting.

I worked at BNY Mellon as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great 4-week training program. Learn a ton as an intern. You feel like an employee rather than an intern. You get to work on projects that actually add value and are a great help for the employees.

    Cons

Some of the work can be very dry. Time periods of no work at all.
