ProsGreat benefits and work/life balance. If you have motivation to move up, the opportunities are there, however opportunities are opened by tenure, not talent.

ConsHuge company that's easy to get "lost" in. Slow to change.

Advice to Senior ManagementGood strides are being make toward career development and performance management. But just because a person is good a his/her job doesn't necessarily mean that person would be a good manager.
