    Pros

    Generally very nice people to work with in a flexible environment which accommodates the personal needs of most employees.

    Cons

    Unfortunately some decisions made at senior levels are subjective and do not consider the impact upon the employees and their families.

    -good hours
    -easy work
    -never get fired
    -cafeteria right in building
    -modern offices

    Cons

    -low pay
    -pay freezes/low increases
    -small cubes/working space
    -office politics
    -little room for career progression
