    Pros

    Great co-workers
    Fun Environment
    Laid-Back Atmosphere

I find it to be a great and laid back place where it is easy to work and get along with people. Everyone is friendly and approachable and BNYM has great potential for growth.

    Cons

    Low Pay
    Lots of miss communications

Often times I found myself lost and kept out of the loop on some minor things. Some people aren't driven and at times its discouraging

technology was a disruption to business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow people to receive compensation immediately when receiving a promotion and allow employee's to prosper by investing in your employee's futures. To the company's credit they began to listen to employee's since morale and attitudes toward the company were documented as worst in industry. I would hope they actually execute on ways to make employee's feel important. With the working conditions of the warehouse (building) it doesn't help morale. ! Bring in a complete renovation team and gut the place or tear down and rebuild an office building that resembles something that appears to be something suitable for wall street. The top executive preached about how we work on wall street but we worked at a former sears storage center that wasn't suitable for working let alone bringing in clients.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
