Still Here, Not Sure How Much Longer

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time for more than 10 years

ProsDecent work environment with some very smart people.

ConsLow moral due to fear that positions will be eliminated or moved overseas.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop with the outsourcing. How much more can you continue to send overseas? You have lost so much expertise that it is impacting the service we provide.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros: Relatively good benefits,flexible working hours,and most ppl are helpful (but… Cons: no good training b/c supervisors are always too busy and want to go on vacations, low salary with little bonus(personally I am okay with that… Advice to Senior Management: Raise salary to keep good employees.
