OK company for a recent graduate to have some banking experience on the resume

ProsOK benefits
Employer dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 4.5%

ConsVery old technology and apps used in a daily work
No knowledgeable management
No growth, (people are working for 7 years with no promotions)

Advice to Senior ManagementHire knowledgeable managers first, and don't ask subordinates to teach managers it should be in reverse...

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
