I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great personal benefits (e.g., vacation, disability). Healthcare costs skyrocketed for 2014, but that is happening at all major corporations.

    Cons

The company seems to run very lean and obtaining new employee requisitions are hard to come by. This in turn, affects the ability for existing employees to move on in their career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Obtain greater insight into what competitors are doing for their employees.

    Doesn't Recommend

    I worked at BNY Mellon

    Pros

BNY Mellon is a great place to work in terms of diversity. If, you are proactive and persistent it allows opportunities to grow and learn. Also, if you are looking for balance the 9 to 5 culture is great.

    Cons

BNY Mellon needs to improve their manager and subordinate relationships

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The employee diversity (race, idea, gender etc) should be reflected in upper management.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
