    I worked at BNY Mellon full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    People were extremely helpful. I received a mentor for the first two weeks but after this I was moved to a different area again to train from scratch. The role previously involved 3 staff but i was expected to do it by myself. I suffered a stress reaction and left.

    No training, lack of staff, being worked into the ground. The role previously involved 3 staff but i was expected to do it by myself. I suffered a stress reaction and left.

    Hire more staff
