    Pros

Benefits (not necessarily medical but, Education, 401K, Vacation), Environment, Work/Life Balance, Access to management, Growth/Learning Opportunities, Moving to Different positions in company (whether lateral or vertical movement), In Pittsburgh there is a "campus" feel, Coordinated events.

    Cons

A lack of "formal" training. The pay isn't "as much" as those would necessarily think they may be worth.

    Advice to Management

Transparency is prevelant and I hope to see it remain.
