Pros: Good benefits package Minimal stock options for all employees Cons: Extremely low pay compared to market Constant threats of layoffs (including having other companies tour and give bids of your office space while you are working) You… Advice to Senior Management: Hire more experienced personnel, and shell out the dollars to get that personnel. Hiring absolutely nothing but fresh college graduates paying them peanuts does not… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
