    I worked at BNY Mellon full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: At times there is very creative and interesting work. There are some great opportunities to work directly… Cons: Regimented and adversarial performance review process is full of jargon, meaningful action is not encouraged. No chance to elevate if your manager doesn't want… Advice to Senior Management: Allow transfers for people with valuable skills. Remove the bureaucracy. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Pros: Vacation time is great! Also, if you try hard… Cons: Since the merger with BNY, you never know if your area… Advice to Senior Management: Stop taking away monetary compensation to employees that work their hearts out for you. Mass, cheap lunches with dollar store quality knick-knacks… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
