    I worked at BNY Mellon

    Pros

Big company with great flexibility and possible changes, all depends on your manager

    Cons

All depends on your manager, complete uncertainty in your future and very bad medical benefits. Most accent on the offshores

A good company to work for but if you want to advance, forget it.

support of co-workers, 1 hour lunches, vacation time starts day one.

    Cons

no room for advancement unless your are known by a Manager or "special", raises are horrible while Managers bonuses are on the rise. Senior Mgmt doesn't care about employees, just numbers.
