It was a great company to work for, but everything was changing during the past few years, when people were laid off .

I worked at BNY Mellon

Pros

Big company with great flexibility and possible changes, all depends on your manager

Cons

All depends on your manager, complete uncertainty in your future and very bad medical benefits. Most accent on the offshores

    Pros

Worked with a great group of people.

    Cons

Management is more concerned with creating an avalanche of paperwork then focusing on the work that will benefit the business. Good people get walked out and paper pushers carry on...

    Advice to Management

Bring back jobs to the United States. Compensate the hard working employees who have knowledge and experience instead of showing them the door.
