    Pros

The location was the only pro for this company.

    Cons

Lack of professional upper management, worked for them for 7 years and reported boss to ethics department for breaking corporate policies (given people extra sick/vacation days, covering for pricing errors, and pointing out workers in front of co workers are just a few unprofessional acts I have witnessed by supervisors and managers) and discrimination was fired 3 months later. The "ethics" department interviewed me and person that did was physically blind and an intern from Duquesne University was taken hand written notes for him too. I met with him for a total of less than an hour and it took him 2 months to make 1st contact with me. Looking into legal action to see if I have a case against the MCM dept. and BNY Mellon.

    Advice to Management

Have your managers evaluated by their peers and have a higher standard for them to stand by. Now I know why people stay there it's because if they practiced the BNY Mellon standards elsewhere they would be fired or sued.
