Pros

This was a good opportunity for some one who is still in school and is looking for experience to help get a full time job when graduating

Cons

There are some boring moments because management doesn't always have work for you to do. This is because you have limited access

Advice to Management

This is a great program with a great company. I would allow more hands on or the interns so they can learn even more

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

no work on most days, all-day surfing and shopping on the internet at work, fantasy football and other betting at work, weekly team breakfasts paid for by the employees themselves

    Cons

very political culture, very unorganized and condescending management, not a friendly work environment, low pay, no benefits, no work-life balance, coworkers not intelligent nor are they helpful, teamwork is not valued, meetings are a waste of time, compliance requirements are redundant

    Advice to Management

hire the best competent people who actually are willing to work and remove all the excess dead weight, consider using controls to monitor internet/phone usage by employees and discipline those who are abusing company time and resources.
