No opinion of CEO

Pros

BP has unlimited budget for the latest technology and software. The facilities were high quality which made it pleasing to work there.

Cons

Positions that should be filled by permanent employees are filled by contractors with little to no hope of becoming a permanent employee. Contracts are renewed on a regular basis. Many of the contractors there have been there for years with no benefits or paid time off.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to your contractors. Many are quite depressed because they no there's little hope they'll ever be brought on as a bp employee. I've seen many really good employees leave for this reason.

    Cons

Heavy workload and time sensitive deadlines can be challenging Opportunity for advancement is low Too many changes being implemented without allowing previous organizational changes or business changes to show fruition

    Advice to Management

Listen to the workforce more and be receptive to real field derived feedback. Stop making too making too changes at once. Some business process could use some streamlining for efficiency. Show more support to the diversity and inclusion program
