British Petroleum

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsBP has unlimited budget for the latest technology and software. The facilities were high quality which made it pleasing to work there.

ConsPositions that should be filled by permanent employees are filled by contractors with little to no hope of becoming a permanent employee. Contracts are renewed on a regular basis. Many of the contractors there have been there for years with no benefits or paid time off.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to your contractors. Many are quite depressed because they no there's little hope they'll ever be brought on as a bp employee. I've seen many really good employees leave for this reason.
