Not the best place to work, but not the worst, either.

    Pipeline Controller (Current Employee)
    Tulsa, OK

I have been working at BP

Pros: Great coworkers for the most part. Training is thorough, although… Cons: Nepotism driven environment. Management is lacking in experience and people skills. Fear driven environment. "Open Talk" is promoted, but not followed up… Advice to Senior Management: Promote the most qualified employees instead of your "buddies" or family.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
