I have been working at BP as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Flexible, Networking Orientated, Detail Orientated, Proactive

    Cons

Disconnect with the rest of the team, not inclusive, you just do your role and that is it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more inclusive of the OC role, they are the face of the GLO team. They should be given a company phone because of the nature of their job

I worked at BP as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Good salary.... good working conditions...lots of work... Most people you work with are pleasant.

    Cons

Some of the people you were forced to work with run hot and cold... or would be characterized as 2 faced. Not a lot of new positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some of the mid level managers do not work to obtain the best performance out of their staff. But there have been recent mgmt changes to correct that--
