Pros: Absolutely NONE! They are their own worst enemy! Too… Cons: Cloud of fear Horrible Leadership Constant Passing the Buck Never takes responsibilty for… Advice to Senior Management: Pay attention to the constant complaints on open talk to whom is making the calls...the constant tattlers...Practice what you preach!
