ProsGood compensation and benefits. Very good worklife balance.

ConsNeed to be careful as practices can run counter to company policies. A lot of opportunities since turnover is high, though employee's indication to rotate could be met by managerial retaliation. Continue to attract people as it is in a good industry, but seldom able to keep the good recruits or attract from within the same industry.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    I worked at BP full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Compensation not bad! Other than that, there wasn't much good… Cons: Unethical, unreliable, untruthful. They say the right words, but there is no substance… Advice to Senior Management: Quit. Let honest, truthful people run the company. More
