    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Absolutely NONE! They are their own worst enemy! Too much micromanaging and less productivity!

    Cons

Cloud of fear Horrible Leadership Constant Passing the Buck Never takes responsibilty for anything...would rather point the finger at the contractors

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the constant complaints on open talk to whom is making the calls...the constant tattlers...Practice what you preach! Watch how company electronic (laptops, cellphones) are used for personal use...employees would be more productive if they werent surfing the web for hunting gear or watching March Madness!
