Pros

Equal opportunities employer with opportunities to work and develop personally on the global stage. Strong corporate and brand values that tries to do its best.

Cons

Size and bureaucracy can sometimes stifle growth and ambition, in addition to killing innovation because of the perceived lower risk strategy. This can lead to frustration because of slow decision making and a lack of empowerment and trust of employees - despite the strong human capital base.

Advice to Management

Provide more avenues for differentiating across talent base to enable the best opportunities for the best talent while allowing the rest to grow at their individual pace to realize the full human capital resource. The issues are above ground, not under.

    Pros

Personal Development Salary Quality of work. Colleagues Global bsiness

    Cons

Highly hierarchical Office environment can get paranoid Can get slow paced

    Advice to Management

Listen more to the junior employees. Do not encourage compliance for the sake of compliance. People practice the rules for the sake of becoming a star employee but dont believe on them

    Pros

Lots of new things to learn, i was hired as a mature hire and was given lot of responsability quickly, opportunity to get involved in lots of events, very friendly atmosphere

    Cons

training given leaves a lot to be desired, training needs to be improved drastically, also data organisation throughout the company is apalling! one can spend months looking for data and still not find it. no overtime or days back for working on holidays/weekends is so demotivating

    Advice to Management

please make grading system clear and also progression through company
