Pros

Great work life balance, opportunity to learn and their willingness to have you learn more. Great benefits and easy going people.

Cons

Seems difficult to advance your career. Changing job roles and advancement is unclear. Practices change too often hard to keep up.

Advice to Management

Try to keep things more consistent and have less change. Ensure we do things good that are rolled out before adding more to the plate.

    Pros

very good benefits, large workforce in Houston

    Cons

company is divesting some of the downstream business, opportunities in the upstream

    Advice to Management

seek more opportunities for minorities in leadership roles. there is a serious lack of training for the mid level managers. individual contributors will leave because of the lack of experience from the mid level managers.
