Pros

Good learning opporunities, good to gain experience and knowledge

Cons

Very unfair promotions and performance appraisals, the culture is pure coryism and nepotism, very low meritocracy

    Fantastic policies towards people which are mostly implemented.

    Cons

    In some parts of the company need to be quite political to progress.
