Dissappointing, they are heavily contractor based and prefer to extend contracts than to hire people.

    Pros

Strong company with good balance sheet. Work was satisfying.

    Cons

Company's upper level management still falls on old school oil & gas good ol' boys club politics despite efforts to push a strong culture of safety and diversity. Decisions aren't necessarily made in the best interest of the company.
