    Pros

Great work life balance . Good benefits

    Cons

Promotions are biased. Goal to promote more females to higher position and some of them flop after taking the promotion. Socializing is big and relationship often promotes people than merit.

    Advice to Management

Look at the performance not the face while promoting people. Look at the accomplishments than the sweet talk while promoting and guidance.

  2. Tough luck charlie outfit. Several disasters, none the fault of 99% but impacting everyone.

    Pros

good comp package. excellent 401k matching. Generally good bonuses. hours are good. challenging work at times. good health care package including funding health savings accounts.

    Cons

interesting work hampered by endless trails of paperwork. senior management leadership lacks a goal in the IT&S group. 6 years ago, this was not the case. There was a general strategy and work was done against that strategy. The CIO's cycled out and the new ones simply worked at making the cover of CIO mag.

    Advice to Management

Trust the people you have hired to do the job you hired them to do. if you don't trust them, get some that you do trust.
