Pros – You can have direct contact with anyone in the company.
Cons – For a size of ~16 people and 5 people sitting in the company office it is just unbearable amount of politics. It does seem to be a open company initially but then it takes a while to understand that they are just playing politics. I have seen here how management fools (come on management is 3 folks and people working in company are 2, can you just imagine how bad it is) people who work by this bad cop good cop thing, finally all the "management" does is fool employees one more time.
Advice to Senior Management – Be open, and also employees are not "Slaves", try to employ more diversified workforce. May be some culture will creep in you.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
